How many PencilLover Tips are in the Box?

By default it's One - only one. In case you haven't read the background story how it came to this project. In short it is because when I started to work out the idea on the one hand I wanted to improve the original Apple Pencil tip for my personal needs. And one side effect of the improvements was that this mod protects the of the Pencil Tip and expands the life of the tip. The big downside for me is is that leather material it is very strong material and its hard to bring it in to desired shape. I have to be very patient and careful not to overstretch and break the leather - and this takes time of 4-5 days. And this makes a PencilLover a not cheap but a very strong and long lasting product - so you as a buyer shouldn't be in need for a second one for quite a long time. But you should consider that a PencilLover is still a wear product and it will wear out one day. Nothing is for ever unfortunately. 😩

How long does a PencilLover Tip last?

Since a PencilLover tip is made from one of the strongest natural human made materials of our planet it does provide a very very long time of use. Of course it is individually from user to user and depending on the usage and the type of what kind of user you are it can take years to wear down a PencilLover as in my personal case - i still do use the very first PencilLover i made in the end of 2019 - and it can also take only few weeks till the leather is worn out. I am in general used to write and sketch quite softly. And some Users are used press very very hard while drawing and writing so it's obvious that the leather will wear out faster than in my case. There are very few complaints so far since the beginning of the project not even 0,1% of the customers complained about wearing out. If they did they were using a PencilLover in combination with a PaperLike or a similar screen protector. 

Compatibility 
Does it work with a PaperLike screen protector?

Yes - but I don't recommend it. The problem is it will wear out much much much faster than you maybe would expect it. Especially in case if you are a hard pressing writer and/or sketcher. Just imagine a PaperLike screenprotector is basically a transparent sandpaper and the only purpose of sandpaper is to remove material. Why also a PencilLover is not protected from it. 😭
